Landscaping Install Team Leader

Starting Wage: $25-30/hr

SimpliScapes needs an energetic Landscape Installation Team Leader with experience in installing landscape projects.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Complete hands-on landscape work as required with team and to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on each project.
  • Operation of a variety of landscape construction equipment such as: Skid Loader, Small Track Machine, Concrete Saw/Grinder, Compactor, Laser Level, Compact Mini-Excavator.
  • Installation of patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and retaining walls using interlock pavers and other natural stone.
  • Installation of plants, trees, soil, rocks, mulch, sod & more.
  • Work with natural stone and concrete material to create patios, walls, and outdoor kitchen areas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 year installation experience in Landscape Construction/Hardscape.
  • Drive truck & trailer daily – Pickup jobsite materials
  • Enrolled or graduate of a Landscape/Construction program preferred.
  • Plant knowledge required a benefit.
  • Reliable Transportation to office/yard
  • Punctual and desire to work in team environment.
  • Available full time at 40 hrs weekly.
  • Steel toe work boots
