Do you charge a fee for the on-site consultation?
We do NOT charge a fee for quotes or consultations.
If we proceed with the proposal, what type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and E-transfers. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.
Is there still room on your schedule for my project this season?
Most likely yes. Although we are a smaller, local company our team of 5 crews are efficient and we can get quite a bit of work done in the season. Unless it's Oct/Nov it may be booked for the spring of 2024
It's raining today, will you still come provide a quote?
Most light rains we have no problem keeping the consultation appointment. If it's a hard down pour we would need to reschedule for later in the day for the following day.
How long do I need to wait to receive my quote?
Our goal is to have your quote completed and delivered within 2-4 days after our consultation. Designs/Drawings usually take a week or two.
